The Altum Group prepares our environmental documents with simple and concise language. We describe the potentially significant environmental impacts of a proposed project in order to give the decision makers and the general public the information they need to make informed decisions. We work very closely with our clients to analyze the potentially significant impacts of projects and develop creative mitigation measures to reduce those impacts.
The Altum Group’s Environmental Team offers expert analysis in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Utilizing our network of key technical specialists and direct interaction and collaboration with Altum’s multi-disciplinary team in design, engineering, surveying, GIS analysis, and planning, we are able to comprehensively document and mitigate potential impacts to ensure projects are thoroughly defensible. Communication is emphasized throughout a project’s lifecycle, and we identify all potential project-related issues well in advance and coordinate with the necessary parties to reach a resolution.
